New Hope Care was founded in the early 2000s by Patrick and Cynthia Cheza, following years of hands-on experience delivering care across the West Midlands. Motivated by a deep passion for supporting individuals to live independently, Patrick’s personal journey as a support worker inspired the creation of a service that truly puts people first.
